On what pleases or displeases
On what pleases or displeases: 1 supplication in Arabic with English translation and sources, from the Fortress of the Muslim (Hisn al-Muslim).
When something pleasing came to him, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would say: “Praise be to Allah, by whose grace good deeds are completed.” When something he disliked came to him, he would say: “Praise be to Allah in every circumstance.”
Fortress of the Muslim (Hisn al-Muslim), Sa‘id ibn ‘Ali al-Qahtani. MushafPlus translation made from the Arabic, not reviewed by a specialist.
