At a rooster’s crow and a donkey’s bray

At a rooster’s crow and a donkey’s bray: 1 supplication in Arabic with English translation and sources, from the Fortress of the Muslim (Hisn al-Muslim).

If you hear the crowing of roosters, ask Allah for His bounty, for they have seen an angel; and if you hear the braying of a donkey, seek refuge with Allah from Satan, for it has seen a devil.
